Is a Hosting Edge plan better than a private server?
It is better for most scenarios. The private server does not include commercial anti-spam, anti-virus, anti-malware, anti-attack, Litespeed licensed server, full backup, or expert maintenance licenses. Because buying, installing and maintaining a private server with these features requires additional heavy investment and specialised technical knowledge. Dongee's hosting plans for businesses are certainly your best option.
Can I pay monthly?
If it is possible to pay monthly, in addition quarterly, half-yearly, annually, biannually and three years.

What type of CDN is included?
If your website uses less than 500GB/month we use Fastly as a first choice, if it exceeds 500GB we will use the Cloudflare Pro version. Each CDN has datacentres in most major cities in Latin America ensuring superior responsiveness for your website.
What kind of backups are included?
The plans include 2 types of backups, one at disk level 3 weekly copies to restore the entire server. and a daily copy with Acronis Backup with availability to restore any file, mail or mysql database. Restore points in time are 7 backwards and 1 monthly retention.
What kind of security do the plans include?
Plans include general firewalls at the datacenter level to prevent denial of service attacks, at the instance level we include our new firewalls that intercept bots, DOS attacks, XSS, spam bots, malware and viruses in real time. It includes a powerful commercial WAF (Web Application Firewall) to protect your applications. Also a Patchman patching system.
Can I manage mailboxes?
Yes, you can put too much space on some accounts or too little space on some accounts to give more resources to those who need them. Change passwords, suspend accounts and connect via Imap, Pop3 or Webmail.
What kind of protections does the mail have?
Outgoing mail is protected with AI algorithms to maximise the delivery of your mails, sending each mail with a different IP address and certified in the receivers. Incoming mail is analysed with an anti-spam system (MagicSpam) and our firewall for content and attachments.
With how many clients are resources shared?
We use Cloudlinux containers that isolate cpu, ram, inodes, mysql and filesystem. Each node has multiple processors and enough ram to smoothly support 10-20 accounts per server.
